HAGGADAHS BARCELONA. The Jewish Splendour of Catalan Gothic

Guide to the exhibition presented under this title at the Saló del Tinell. 'Haggadahs Barcelona' brings together, for the first time in over six centuries, an extensive selection of these manuscripts, which contain the ritual of the Jewish Passover Seder, commissioned by families from the Call of Barcelona and other nearby Jewish communities. These are splendid works of Catalan Gothic, created through the collaboration of both Jewish and Christian artists, who shared stylistic approaches and common iconographic models.
