Speech: Water

This issue of SPEECH: is dedicated to water. It is not just life itself that is inextricably linked with water, but also the look of, and living arrangements in, the cities and places in which we live and which we are fond of visiting. The connection between water and architecture and water's role in the creation of a suitable living environment go much deeper than might seem at first sight.
