Chapel of Santiago

According to Portuguese architect Francisco Aires Mateus, the chapel is an old project. The extended time it takes for such projects to mature allows and nurtures a ceaseless change in both geography and time itself. The chapel is located in the Alentejo region of south-central Portugal, in an area closer to the sea.
