Timber Buildings

This book illustrates the wide range of design and construction possibilities offered by wood as a building material by means of 30 buildings of various sizes and uses. The spectrum ranges from small holiday homes and residential or school buildings to large office buildings, factory halls and cultural and leisure facilities. The various construction methods, such as solid timber construction, modular construction, frame, skeleton or hybrid construction, are illustrated using plans and detailed construction drawings.
