Raiat: Trofa Town Hall

In RAIAT - Trofa Town Hall, Pedro Cardigo takes us on a tour of the new Trofa Town Hall, designed by the NOARQ studio and signed by architect José Carlos Nunes de Oliveira. Through the use of black and white, the building reveals itself as a sculptural and silent body, where light and shadow construct a visual narrative of great intensity.
