White wine Tinc SET Ancestral de Mas Candí from Les Gunyoles d'Avinyonet, Xarel·lo (60%) and Parellada (40%). The two varieties are vinified together. Fermentation is carried out naturally from yeasts ind genes, without the need for any additives. As it is an ancestral sparkling wine, the wine finishes fermentation a l the bottle. This is how foaming is produced, without the need for additional sugar or expedition liquor. 8-month-old child.
