Terms and conditions of purchase

Prices

The prices shown are exclusive of VAT.

In credit purchases, the contribution to the Share Capital established in the Cooperative's Statutes will be charged.

Deliveries

Orders over €60 (excluding VAT) will be exempt from paying postage. This m minimum ser of €60 for orders placed in areas on there are no stores of the Jordi Capell Cooperative or the Eupalinos network (CJC and XE).

Orders that do not exceed €60 (excluding VAT) will be charged shipping according to the following conditions:

• The transport of furniture and other products which, due to their volume or weight, are subject to special conditions is excluded from these conditions.

Turnover

All purchases made on credit during the current month will be billed on the first business day of the following month. Any change in personal data must ser communicated in advance to the member service telephone number, 932 243 932.

Collection

Invoices will be collected by direct debit or cash payment.

Claims and refunds

For any return of product/s it is necessary:

1. Go to any point of sale of the Cooperative.
2. Provide the following data:
   • Name and number of member/client
   • Delivery note number or cash invoice number
   • Date of delivery note
   • Product Reference
   • No.m. of units to be returned
3. Return the product.

Returns will only be accepted quan the returned product maintains the initial packaging conditions and is not expired.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of the delivery note.

QUAN the return is not attributable to a service problem on the part of the Cooperative, the cost of collecting the product to be returned will ser borne by the member/customer as normal delivery.

Guarantee

Products with a warranty will comply with the provisions offered by the manufacturers as well as with current regulations.
