LAS butchery work has shaped the construction of Guijuelo and the way of life of its inhabitants in the last century and a half. Its architecture and urban planning have been developed in search of functionality and progressively adapting to las needs of the meat industry, from its origin as a domestic activity to the current industrialization of the town.
