How is a town of 5,500 inhabitants configured to house m of 200 companies dedicated to the Iberian pork sector? LAS butchery work has shaped the construction of Guijuelo and the way of life of its inhabitants in the last century and a half. Its architecture and urban planning have been developed in search of functionality and progressively adapting to las needs of the meat industry, from its origin as a domestic activity to the current industrialization of the town.
