Boat Coca de Mataró 1450

The Coca de Mataró, dated 1450, is a faithful replica of a sailor votive offering from the hermitage of Sant Simó in Mataró. This boat represents one of the oldest m ship models in the Mediterranean and is a unique testimony of medieval Catalan naval art. The original is in the Prins Hendrik Museum in Rotterdam.
