Drum Basket is the latest member of the Santa & Cole Basket family: a portable and cordless version. As with all Miguel Milá objects, Cestita, designed in 1962, strikes a balance between rational functionalism and the legacy of local craftsmanship. With this new version, the technology helps to improve its characteristics, maintaining the warmth that is characteristic of the family.

The lamp is the soul mate of the m and tica company Tramo ("Annoying Jobs") founded by Milá in the early sixties to self-produce her creations: all kinds of simple and essential objects that help transform a house into a house. Incorporating freedom of movement, Cestita Bateria is a lantern that endows the atmosphere with delight wherever it is taken, depicting shadow puppets in the garden or emanating luz from cada corner.
