Este book proposes an innovative way of approaching the metropolitan phenomenon, based on Niklas Luhmann's Self-Referential Systems Theory. An approach that allows us to understand the various agents (institutional, pol, social) that converge in the metropolitan dimension, to analyze las interactions that are established between them and to incorporate the development dynamics present in the whole.
