Over las last few decades, we have witnessed how housing has ceased to ser a social right to become a consumer good subject to las market dynamics and speculation. In this work, Alejandro Caamaño highlights the need to carry out inclusive and sustainable housing pol that ensure access to housing with a comprehensive approach that contemplates not solo construction, but also the provision of basic services, employment and development opportunities.
