Homelessness

Homelessness has ceased to ser a taboo and lately the media have been talking about it often. At the same time, altruistic initiatives have multiplied to pal the problem. However, the number of homeless people continues to rise. In this context, in order to tackle m chronic homelessness and eradicate it, an academic team, together with five social entities, prepared a proposal for a legal text.
