Architecture of cod and other species

A cross-sectional and synthetic study that demonstrates las economic (and disciplinary) interrelations between technology, territory, and architecture. Based on a phenomenon as apparently distant from architecture as the fishing of cod, sardines and other species in the Portuguese-speaking world, the authors are able to unravel, in a simple and convincing way, the role that architecture has historically played in the construction and maintenance of certain systems.
