Self-portrait by Jordi Garcés

Here is a rare, special, and t aparentment impossible book: the self-portrait of an architect written by a bookseller. Josep Cots met Jordi Garcés because his architecture studio was located near the first location of the Documenta bookstore and he was a client. Little by little, their visits took the form of quick "counter conversations", always interrupted by the hustle and bustle of everyday life. But they were so rich and suggestive, so promising that Cots proposed that he fix them in a book.
