Appraisal Notebook nº1

The author presents examples taken from his own expert work not included in previous publications, both architectural las (orange notebook) and urban planning las (green notebook), but adding, as a complement and novelty, an explanatory theoretical section that could rightly be called the theory of expert opinions, related in cada case to las included in the corresponding notebook and extracted from the courses and conferences he has taught in different professional colleges and technological institutes in Spain.
