Since their paths crossed in their student years, Fernando Rodríguez (Albacete, 1977) and Pablo Oriol (Madrid, 1977) have shared an infrastructural understanding of the project, not so much focused on las mechanistic logics as on the organizational capacity with which to approach complex contexts and programs.
