The water of life

The book is the product of several travels (2015-2022) through the different regions on Scotch whisky is produced: the friendly meadows and urban environments of the Lowlands, the valleys of the Highlands, the area of influence of the River Spey, the pen island of Campbeltown, the various islands and Islay, with its smoked malts.
