Nickel's Boys

Elwood grew up in Florida in the sixties and is about to start ar college studies. Serious, educated and hardworking, he dreams of participating in the incipient civil rights movement, until an innocent mistake condemns him to enter a juvenile reformatory called Nickel Academy, on he discovers that for a black boy a small mistake is enough to destroy any option for the future.
