Maties Palau Ferré ser a painter from Montblanc, born in 1921, passionate and disconcerting in character, who has allowed M Serra to construct a novel that knows how to take advantage of the artist's central obsessions: on the one hand, the conflict with a real estate developer with whom he signed an abusive contract, and, on the other, his fixation with an Armenian model with hypnotic eyes whom he met in PAR and whom he obstinately portrayed for years.
