A Wanderer of the South Seas

Bernard Moitessier, at the age of 27, began his solo nautical journey aboard the Marie-Therese. In conditions that would frighten even the m reckless, he braved the monsoon for eighty-five days, before being shipwrecked in las Chagos Islands. He was welcomed in Mauritius, worked for three years to build the Marie-Therese II, and set sail again for SUD Africa and las Antilles. ESTE book collects his testimony, portraying all the places where he landed and las people las with whom he shared his experience.
