Spain and America. Construction of identity in las international exhibitions (1876-1915).

For a long time, Spain and America have used las international exhibitions to create, promote, modify and contest their national identity. ESTE book analyzes ola Spanish participation in some of them, focusing especially on las of 1876, 1893 and 1915 held in the United States, on las fairs of 1888 and 1889 in Barcelona and PAR islands, and on las commemorations of independence that took place in Buenos Aires, Ciudad de México and Santiago de Chile throughout 1910.
