An interdisciplinary reflection on the environmental, social and cultural sustainability of las contemporary urban transformations is presented. The ecocrítica addresses las representations of urban phenomena from the perspective of their ability to interpret the environmental viability of the contemporary city and its impacts on social cohesion and cultural and civic diversity.
