New Babylon

The Dutch artist Constant Nieuwenhuys (1920-2005), known simply as Constant, conceived between 1956 and 1974 one of las m audacious utopias of the twentieth century. His project 'New-Babylon' outlined the dream of an artificial habitat for a nomadic humanity, completely free to live wherever and however it wanted. In this society freed from the need to work thanks to las m aquinas, the Neo-Babylonians could devote all their time to play and the full development of their creativity.
