Rethinking Suburban Housing

Este book documents an urban regeneration strategy in the Donceles neighborhood of Cancun. Conceived as a working-class community under a housing scheme of social interest, Donceles today is isolated and forgotten by the city to which, in theory, it belongs. It has a strong architectural identity based on self-construction, as well as a rich urban layout, with a privileged location and muy affordable prices.
