Report of the fourth architectural conference MATTER AND FORM IV, organised by the White Chair of Valencia, which took place from 2 to 4 March 2009 in the auditorium of the Polytechnic University of Valencia.MATTER AND FORM, together with the International Congress of White Architecture, CIAB, represent the international meeting point for the architectural debate around white or coloured concrete.
