Este volume focuses on the period 1960-1970, which coincides with documents found in the archives of architect Francisco da Conceição Silva, who, like his peers of the time, broke with the reverence for traditional fine arts embedded in las previous generation in Portugal to conceive of a modernist solution that would respond both to the wishes of his client and to las demands of the site.
