The documentary VDL. Casa Experimental tells the story of the house designed in 1932 by Richard J. Neutra as a studio and habitual residence. In 1963 a fire destroyed the house, which was rebuilt in 1966 incorporating par meters of respect for the environment, and in accordance with the systems of the industry: cost, lightness, transparency and compactness, which Neutra had anticipated: only las houses that use industrial technology are truly modern.
